How Co Hosting Work

As your co-host, I take the stress out of managing your Airbnb property by handling day-to-day operations, guest communications, and property maintenance. Here’s how my service works: To get started, there is a one-time initial setup fee of $450, which covers:

• Professional onboarding of your property.
• Optimization of your Airbnb listing, including photos, descriptions, and pricing strategy.
• Setup of cleaning schedules, guest check-in/out protocols, and house rules

For ongoing management, I charge a minimum of 25% of the rental fee per booking. This includes:

• Managing guest inquiries and bookings.
• Ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinating cleaning and property maintenance.
• Providing guest support throughout their stay.
• Handling reviews and feedback for better guest satisfaction.

The $450 setup fee can be refunded over time if you sign an extended co-hosting contract. This ensures a strong, long-term partnership while helping you recoup the setup cost as your property generates consistent income. Exceptional Service and Reliability
